Back in November, 2011, Tamashii held their annual Tamashii Nations event where they show off a slew of upcoming Tamashii releases for the upcoming year. The exclusive release for this year was Kamen Rider Ryuki in his blank form, the form Ryuki has at the beginning of the show when he does not yet have a contract with Dragredder. Blank Form uses the same base mold as Ryuki, with a few minor molding changes to show he doesn’t have a contract yet. Blank Form has a dull gray-blue color scheme that looks like a weird fusion between Knight’s colors and Ryuki’s. Blank Form comes with the Blank Visor, Sword Vent, a broken Sword Vent, ten additional hands, and three little Advent Cards. Just like Ryuki, he’s a fantastic mold with excellent articulation and incredibly sturdy joints. While there isn’t anything absurdly new in this mold, it’s a great addition to the Ryuki collection. It’s not a must have by any means, but if you can spot one for cheap in the after market, it’s worth the pick up to complete the collection. Even the most useless release in the Ryuki line is a spectacular figure. Good game Ryuki, good game.
