Review: S.H.Figuarts – Machine Winger (Kamen Rider Wizard)
S.H.Figuarts – Machine Winger
Retail Release – May, 2013 – ¥4,000
The main Rider’s bike being a retail release is apparently a new trend, after Fourze’s seeing a retail release, and now Wizard’s Machine Winger. The Machine Winger was released in May, 2013 for ¥4,000. Like Machine Massigler, Machine Winger is a standard two wheel motocross/trail style bike (Machine Winger is a modified Honda CRF250R to be accurate) that is decorated to vaguely resemble the WizarDragon. Being silver in color, the bike is coated in Bandai’s awesome silver paint, and it looks really stunning. The large jewel that adorns the front of the bike looks incredibly impressive too. Included with the bike is alternate handle bars and side-view mirrors made of a more solid plastic, a small circular clip stand for the back tire, and a new robe piece for Kamen Rider Wizard Flame Style so he can ride the Machine Winger with no problems. Finally, four new hands for Wizard Flame Style are included to accurately hold the handle bars. If you really love Rider for the bikes, then it’s a pretty solid bike toy that goes great with S.H.Figuarts Wizard Flame Style. Unfortunately no other form of Wizard can use the bike since other robes and hands aren’t included. It’s a nice little bonus for Wizard, but certainly isn’t a toy I would recommend for full price.
