ToQ 6Gou’s main weapon is the Sekishouku Ouraitou Yudou Breaker, a weird laser shooting baton weapon modeled after the traffic batons used by construction workers, airport tarmac workers, and such like. The toy was released alongside the Applichanger in June, 2014 for ¥4,200. Without a Ressha inserted, the Yudou Breaker makes two different attack sounds, each with two different light displays in the baton portion of the toy. Inserting a Ressha will let you hear one of two cycled phrases, each with their own unique attack sound and light display. Included is the Drill Ressha, which can be used to power up the attacks of the Yudou Breaker, or attached to any of the Robo! The Drill Ressha is also compatible with the ToQ Changer to hear the usual Transformation, Norikae, and Summon noises associated with the Ressha. While the inclusion of the robo-compatible Drill Ressha is great, it’s hard for that alone to make this toy worth it. While the Yudou Breaker is an alright size, and the LED lights in the toy look pretty nice, the price tag is hard to justify. The lights do look great, and when in the dark, the clear plastic lights up brilliantly and it actually looks pretty great. While I do like it, it’s not something that’s easy to recommend thanks to the limited function and generally high price. I just really like pretty lights.
